Au programme de l'épreuve réservée aux coureurs 1ère, 2e et 3e Catégorie : un circuit de 11,4 km à parcourir 12 fois soit 136,8 kilomètres. Le départ sera donné à 13h. Cyrille Patoux, alors au VC Rouen 76 et désormais pro à Roubaix-Lille Métropole, avait remporté l'an dernier le titre de Champion de Normandie 1ère Catégorie.
